C	C S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木曜日は閉まっている皮膚科が多い中、こちらは開院して下さっていて助かりました。色々なクリニックが入ったビルの5階で、比較的新しい建物なのか院内はとても綺麗で清潔感があります。今回は初診で予約が出来たのでスムーズに受診出来ましたが、時間帯の問題かそんなに患者さんは居ませんでした(木曜日16時頃)。診察では丁寧に聞き取りをして下さり、患部の写真も撮って記録として残されていました。この時はあまりにも痒みが酷かったので、その場で塗り薬も塗って貰えました。会計は総合病院にも導入されている精算機による支払いなので、機械が苦手な方は辛いかも知れません。駐車場も無料で病院のすぐ近くですが、一方通行なので車で行く時は要注意です。同じビルの1階は薬局なので、外に出ずに薬を貰えるのは雨の日だと助かると思います。 Many dermatologists are closed on Thursday, but it was helpful to have this hospital open. に	にゃーす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のアトピーを診察してもらうのに受診しました。先生はとても丁寧で説明もわかりやすく、皮膚の状態や薬の塗り方、重症度をみる検査をしてもらった後、別の日に今後の対応やアドバイスを下さり凄く分かりやすかったです。ただ、受付の対応が最悪です。初診に行く前日に、前もって受付の時間は何時までですか？と、電話で問い合わせました。12時半までです。との回答でしたが、念のために受付も12時半までですか？と聞いたら、そうです。との事で、翌日学校がお昼までで終わる日だったので、学校まで迎えに行き、12時半前に病院に到着し受付しようとしたら、今日はもう受付終わりです。と一言。今日はもう診てもらえないんでしょうか？と聞いたら、はい。また別の日来てください。と言われたので、前日に電話で12時半まで受付できるとお聞きしたんですが。とゆうと、今回は特別に受付しますと。前述の通り先生、看護師さんの対応は、凄く良かったのですが、受付では診察券作ってもらえず。メモ用紙を渡されて、1週間後にくる旨書いてあったのですが、わざわざ12時30分の時間に横線引いて12時と訂正された物でした。こちらは前日確認してるのに、なんかもの凄い嫌味な書き方されてるなとゆう印象でした。あと、初診以外予約出来ないので日によってはクリニックの外まで行列の状態です。アトピーは良くなってきてるし先生はいい先生と感じているのですが、ちょっと通い続けるのは難しいかなと感じています。残念ですが。 I went to see my child's atopy.
