★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットである程度商品の価格帯を調べてから訪問。購入したい商品のジャンルをお伝えしたが、抗菌など必要ない性質が付加された高めの商品から案内された。予算を訊かれたので、ふっかけられても困るのでかなり安めに伝えたところ、この客は高額な買い物はしない客だと足下を見られたのか、かなり雑な対応だった。
ネットではこういう商品がありましたが、と伝えると、ネット専売の商品もあり、店頭で実際に試せない分ネットでは安めの価格設定をしている（店頭の物とは違う）と。座って反発力を確認していると、座るだけじゃなくて実際に寝て寝返りを打ってみて確かめてみないとわかりませんよ、と馬鹿にするように言われた。確かにその通りなんでしょうけれど、何から何まで発言が上からで、まさに殿様商売だと感じた。商品の比較表のような物はないのかと伺うと、めんどくさそうにカタログを持ってきて、ネットに載っているカタログと基本的に同じ物です、と、やる気のない回答。不快だったので帰った。
客が提示した予算の多寡で対応を変えるなど、駄目な営業の典型。たとえ良い商品があっても、あんな応対では買う気は起きない。対応も悪い上に大して広くもないので、この状況下で感染リスクを冒してまでこの店を訪問するのはおすすめしません。

I told you the genre of the product you want to buy, but I was guided by a higher product with unnecessary properties such as antibacterial. I was asked about the budget, so I didn't want to be sprinkled on it, so I told him quite cheaply, but it was a rather rough response, probably because this customer was seen as a customer who does not shop expensively.
When I told them that there were such products on the net, there are also products that are exclusively sold on the net, and the price is set cheaper on the net because you can not actually try it at the store (different from the one at the store). When I was sitting and checking the repulsive force, I was told to make a fool of myself that I wouldn't know unless I actually slept and turned over to check it. That's true, but I felt that it was a business of the lord, with all the remarks from above. When asked if there was something like a product comparison table, he brought the catalog annoyingly and said that it was basically the same as the catalog on the net, with no motivation. I went home because it was uncomfortable.
This is a typical example of bad sales, such as changing the response depending on the amount of budget presented by the customer. Even if there is a good product, I don't feel like buying it with such a reception. We do not recommend visiting this store at the risk of infection in this situation as it is poorly responsive and not very widespread.

係員の方が分かりやすく説明して下さり初めは普通のフランスベッドと思いましたが先々の事考えると電動式ベッドが欲しくなりました✌
色々アドバイス有難う御座いました(^人^)

The staff explained it in an easy-to-understand manner, and at first I thought it was a normal French bed, but when I thought about the future, I wanted an electric bed ✌
