★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, came in for lunch and was not expecting the level of quality we received. Atmosphere and service were good, but goodness gracious the wagyu minced meat croques were excellent. Will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay for lunch, not very special if you would ask me. Impossible to pay by credit card. Very popular with local Japanese people: many celebrate their marriage in Ark HiLLS CAFE after getting officially married in the ANA Intercontinental hotel next door.

Service - 45min-1hr for food!! So slow... (2018 visit). Updated 2020 service better but reuban still bad too soggy oily. Great location w outdoor seating but needs better menu and chef.
