 Hitsumabushi was delicious.

以前うな紀が休みの時、他の有名店に行きましたが、トンデモなく不味いのでガッカリしました。
本日は、開業日なので美味しく堪能しました！
I have been receiving eels here for many years. The prices are reasonable and they are really delicious!
I used to go to another famous shop when Unaki was closed before, but I was disappointed because it was not delicious without Tondemo.
Today was the opening day, so I enjoyed it deliciously!

鰻は柔らかく仕上げられています。
鰻の蒲焼はあまり焼き目がなく、しっとりタイプ、少し甘口。
蒲焼はどちらか個人的には皮パリパリが好みです。
A restaurant specializing in eels facing the Hiryu Kaido.
The eel is softly finished.
The eel kabayaki is not very grilled, it is a moist type, and it is a little sweet.
I personally prefer kabayaki to crispy skin.

また、オヤジさん女将さんとてもいい人でした。
Eating eel in Kyushu for the first time! It is excellent.
It's good at steaming after grilling.
Also, Mr. Old Man was a very nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肝焼きが最高、常連さんはよく頼むんじゃないかな。うなとろ丼が食感面白くて、他にはないメニューだから好き。
もしイマイチとか、前と違うと感じる時は季節で変わる鰻の状態もあるかも。
寒い冬のほうがアブラがのって美味しいらしいです。
Liver grilling is the best, I guess regular customers often ask. I like the Unatoro Don because it has an interesting texture and no other menu.
If you don't like it, or if you feel it is different from the previous one, there may be some eel conditions that change depending on the season.
It seems that oil is better in the cold winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よくこの店の前を通るが、客らしき車が駐車場に止まっているのをまずみたことがない。いつも止まっているのは店の軽自動車1台のみ。その様子から味が窺い知れるというものだ。もちろん入って食べる気がしないが、写真にある「ひつまぶし」も「ひまつぶし」に見えるのは私だけだろうか。
I often pass in front of this shop, but I have never seen a car that seems to be a customer parked in the parking lot. Only one light car in the store is always stopped. You can see the taste from that state. Of course, I don't feel like going in and eating, but is it only me that the "Hitsumabushi" in the photo looks like a "Hitsumabushi"?

ここは空いていました
店の雰囲気は気取らず落ち着きます
味も美味しかったです
鰻が旬の夏にまた来たいな(o^^o)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うなぎの肝焼きがとっても美味しかった。個人的には、今まで食べた肝焼きの中で一番美味しかったです。肝の甘みと最後に残る苦味が最高でした♪
またすぐいきたくなる！ぐらいです。
うなぎのお茶漬けが好きなので、こちらも頼みましたがたっぷりうなぎが入って、最後までうなぎと一緒にご飯を堪能しました。

The grilled eel liver was very delicious. Personally, it was the most delicious liver grill I had ever eaten. The sweetness of the liver and the bitterness that remained at the end were the best ♪
I want to go again soon! It is about.
I like eel ochazuke, so I ordered this one too, but it contained plenty of eel and I enjoyed the rice with the eel until the end.
