★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦は細打ちで、喉越しと香りを楽しめます。とても美味しい蕎麦です。(田舎蕎麦が好きな方には噛みごたえは物足りないかも。)
つゆは甘すぎずさっぱりしており、蕎麦の風味を引き立てる好みの味。
混み合う前の早い時間に行ったりすると、白湯のような蕎麦湯が出てくる店もあるが、ちゃんと蕎麦の香りがして〆まで美味しくいただきました。
穴子の天ぷらは身の弾力がしっかり残り、衣はサクサクで、食感が最高。衣のごま油の香りが強すぎず、弱すぎず絶妙でオススメです。
何より店員さんが、テキパキしているのが気持ち良い。

Confucius tempura remains firm and the clothes are crispy and the texture is the best. The scent of sesame oil on the clothes is neither too strong nor too weak, so it's exquisite and recommended.

お蕎麦は喉越しつるつる系ではなく細い田舎蕎麦のようなコシがあります。コシと蕎麦の香りを楽しみたい時におススメなお蕎麦。
板そばはせいろ二枚分あります。
ネギが辛みとくさみが強かったのでお蕎麦には使わず蕎麦湯を飲む時使いました。ネギの刻みがあらかったのが残念。

蕎麦をずずずーーーって食べたい人には、短めな蕎麦なので不向きです。
蕎麦は手打ちなだけあって、つゆも含めおいしいです。天ぷらもさくさく。漬物、蕎麦茶、小鉢もおいしいです。
自分勝手な感想はちょっと足りなかったことと、1,400円を越える値段にちょっと不満足。
追伸、板そばを食べたくて何も調べずに食べに来ましたが、せいろも板そばも、蕎麦は同じもので量が多いとのことでしたので、急きょ天せいろに変えてしまいました。 ネットで検索してみたら、板そば縁起がいいとのことでした。

細いお蕎麦なのにキュッと締まっていてとても美味しい！
そばがきがあるのも最高✨
店員さんも皆さん優しくて良い雰囲気です。
なので美味しいのはもちろん、気持ち良く帰って来れます。
太い田舎蕎麦が好きで、ずっとそういうお店に行っていましたが、2ヶ月前に初めて行ってどハマりしました。
もっも早く行っていれば良かった?
ここ一ヶ月は毎週食べに行っています。
天丼が有名なようで食べたいのですが、行くとどうしても蕎麦かそばがきを注文してしまいます。
もちろん年越しそばもやまぶきさんにお願いしました！
家でも食べられて幸せでした?
