齋	齋藤弘子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やしたぬき蕎麦を戴きました。サクサクの揚げ玉がたっぷり上にのっていて、食べ進める毎につゆにコクをプラスしてくれます。たっぷり過ぎて蕎麦の香りが分かりにくくなるのはご愛嬌。つゆは、ざる蕎麦にはこの濃さで良いと思いますが、たぬき蕎麦にはしょっぱいかなと思いました。私は、薄めの味付けが好みなので、そう感じたのかもしれません。感染症対策は、消毒液の用意は十分だと思います。隣のテーブルとの距離がやや近く感じましたが、左右のテーブルとテーブルの間にはアクリル板が設置されていました。テーブル上にはアクリル板は無く、向かい側の人からの飛沫はまともに飛んできます。4人掛けのテーブルで、2人斜め向かいなるように着席するしか有りませんでした。 I received chilled tanuki soba.
