★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居中、トラブルがあって相談しても、とんちんかんな理由や矛盾したことを述べ、仕事は貴方のことだけじゃなく他にもあって忙しいからすぐに対応できない、引っ越し考えないの？と攻撃的な担当者。こちらが話し始めても強引に黙らせ捲し立てたり、小馬鹿にしたような言動があったり。世の中の労働者は大概多忙だし、それでも外部の相手にそのそうな態度や発言をしない、それがまともな大人だと知らないのかな？取引に関する初歩的な法令を理解している人間なら言うはずがないことを言い放った場面もあり、いろいろな意味で危険。
賃貸物件の管理面においても、共用部分は何年間もすごい背丈の雑草放置＆何ヵ月間も通路照明は切れたまま、ということも。
これからの時代、このような体質の企業・人間は淘汰されていくのだろうが、数日中に消えるわけでもないので、どうしても関わらなければならないときは要注意。

わざと壊したレベルでなければ、貸主に費用負担義務あり。特約があったとしても、絶対的にそれが認められて支払わなければならないわけではありません。退去時のトラブルは、地方自治体の相談窓口や消費生活センターに相談して自分で何とかするか、超高額トラブルのときは弁護士にサクッと解決してもらいましょう！
