実際にお店を訪れた際も、丁寧な接客等々は好感が持てました。
度々転勤があり、いろんな不動産屋さんとやり取りしてきましたが、「物件さえあれば、どんなお店でもいいや」と思ってきました。少し、そんな考え方を変えられた気がします(^O^)

The person in charge of this real estate is a beautiful person, very kind, and thinks from the perspective of the resident, so I think this real estate is safe ♪ Just be careful as the inside of the house changes depending on the price difference of the managed property! But the service is good and it's worth paying even if the management fee is higher than others! So this is recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は悪くないが、非を頑なに認めない。取り扱い物件の値段が変わっても担当者はおろか従業員全員気づかないのはいかがなものか。
また、当初の説明と異なることを平気で言うので、正直信用できない。会員登録も強制で入居者全員にさせるのもおかしい。
Correspondence is not bad, but stubbornly does not admit. Even if the price of the property being handled changes, let's not forget that all employees, let alone the person in charge, are aware of it.
Also, since it is okay to say that it is different from the original explanation, I can not honestly trust it. It is strange to force all the residents to register as members.
