★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越し業者を探してるので電話をしたら下記の対応。
自分 「引っ越しをするから業者さんを探してるけど、先ずは聞きたいことが有るのでいいですか？」
電話に出た女性「どちらからどちらに引っ越しですか？」
自分 「その前に聞きたいことが有るから教えてもらっていいですか？」
電話に出た女性 「ですからどちらから引っ越しですか？」
この電話に対応した女性はキレ気味に自分に聞いてきた。
なんでキレ気味になるのか解らないが、質問したい事が有るからと言ってるのに、どこからどこまで引っ越しですか？の一点張り。
それを言わなきゃ質問も聞いてくれないの？
アークってこんなに態度が悪いのかと、呆れてしまいました。
他の業者さんは優しく丁寧に教えてくれたのに、アークは電話態度が悪すぎる。
こんな接客態度しか出来ない会社には引っ越しは頼まない。
みなさんも不愉快な思いするだけだから気を付けてね。

Myself "I'm looking for a contractor because I'm moving. Is there anything I want to ask first?"
A woman answering the phone, "Which are you moving to?"
Myself "Because I have something to ask before that, can I tell you?"
Woman answering the phone "So where are you moving from?"
The woman who responded to the call asked herself sharply.
I don't know why it gets sharp, but where do you move from to where you want to ask a question? One point tension.
If you have to say that, can you ask me a question?
I was amazed if the attitude of the arc was so bad.
Ark's telephone attitude is too bad, while others have been kind and polite.
I do not ask a company that can only do this kind of customer service.
Please be careful because you are only uncomfortable.
