買って1年も経ってない冷蔵庫が下手したらおじゃんです。詳しいことは控えます。
その日のうちに支店長が自宅まで謝罪に来るほどでした。
しばらく様子をみますがこの一件で冷蔵庫が壊れても１ヶ月以内でないと保証はできないとのことでした。
二度と利用しないし、人には勧めないです。
It was the worst moving work. It's not something that professionals do.
If you're not good at a refrigerator that's been less than a year old, it's okay. I will refrain from details.
The branch manager came to my house to apologize that day.
I will wait for a while, but it was said that even if the refrigerator breaks in this case, it can only be guaranteed within one month.
I will never use it again and I do not recommend it to people.

All of the operatives were very professional, very kind, and well trained. I have absolutely no criticism of this company and would highly recommend them - I can now see why they are No.1 each year in Japan.
