夢	夢ノ原ニト on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約後、撮影のことについて確認の電話をしたら、保留にされ5分も待たされました。。普通「こちらからすぐ折り返します」って折電しませんか？フリーダイヤルでもない電話番号にかけてるんですよこっちは。その後はメールでやりとりしましたが、店を出発したい時間(午前中)を伝えているのに「何時にご来店予定ですか？」と。。いや、そっちで決めてよ。着付けと撮影にどれくらい時間かかるか、客は知らないよ……。頭悪いスタッフ多くて疲れました。リピは絶対なし。追記着付けと撮影には満足しておりますが、外出後ヘアセットの際につけてもらった髪飾りを紛失してしまいました。高価な物なのでとても残念です。もう少しきちんととめて欲しかった。ぶつかったり、激しく動いたわけではないので、単に付け方が甘かったのだと思います。お化粧も、正直自分でやった方が良かった。撮影のための厚塗り化粧、という感じで、外出向けではなかったので、お店を出てすぐ落としました。 After making a reservation, I called to confirm the shooting, and it was put on hold and waited for 5 minutes. .. ち	ちゃんねるあず on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七五三の撮影でもお世話になったので、今回は長男の小学校入学前の撮影で訪問しました。七五三の時はすごく良い写真を撮って頂き、スタッフの方々も丁寧な対応で不満は一切ありませんでした。が、今回は最悪でした。もう利用しません。色々書きたいことがあり過ぎる。スタッフの服装が汚い。踵が潰れた汚れたスニーカー、色落ちした黒パンツ、などなど・・・一応、セレモニーのような気持ちで撮影に伺っているので、最低限身だしなみは整えてもらいたいです。撮影に入っても、完全にこちらまかせであれこれ選ばせようとする。プロの提案をしてほしい。とりあえず桜とかキラキラしたものを画角に入れて撮っている感じです。最後のモノクロ写真…本当に言葉が出ませんでした。主役の息子のヘアメイク、撮影部屋の中にある鏡の前に立たされた状態で適当にされた。撮影データを確認しましたが...良い写真など一枚もありませんでした。（モノクロ写真なのに、引きの写真ばかりで、息子の顔が全然見えない。雰囲気が悪いので笑顔になっていない。謎の鉛筆写真。など。）写真を選ばずに帰れば子供たちも不安になるので、仕方なく選びました。とにかく怒りがおさまりませんが、一つだけ良かったこととして、急遽お願いした娘のヘアメイクを即席でアレンジしてくださった女性スタッフには感謝しています。とても丁寧な対応で娘も喜んでいました。 I was also taken care of by shooting Shichigosan, so this time I visited the shooting before my eldest son entered elementary school. I didn't find any good photos. (Although it's a black-and-white photo, I can't see my son's face at all because it's just a pulling photo. I don't smile because of the bad atmosphere. A mysterious pencil photo.) Children would be anxious if they returned without choosing a photo, so I had no choice but to choose one. Anyway, my anger does not subside, but one good thing is that I am grateful to the female staff who arranged the hair makeup of my daughter who asked me in a hurry. My daughter was pleased with the very polite response.
