カフェも2階のテラス席があり、とても綺麗です。
駐車場が小さめなことと、無料駐車時間が短いのが難点です。

カフェを中心に会議室やコワーキングスペース、美容室、不動産会社などが入っています。来客者のほとんどはフラットホワイトコーヒーファクトリーを目的に訪れます。
駐車場は１時間２００円の有料です。
近所の長喜城に本物のいぐね農家が現存します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荒井駅近くに出来た、芸術的デザインの施設名はイグーネ荒井。今では若林の一部に残る屋敷林 居久根=いぐね から付けた名前の施設には中心となるカフェ フラットホワイトコーヒーファクトリー、設計事務所や美容店舗などがはいる複合施設です。
時代の名店フラットホワイトコーヒーファクトリーの店内は斬新ながら機能的なフロア構成で、お一人様からグループまでも居心地良い区分とレイアウト。もちろん人気のラテ、レギュラーコーヒーは美味しい。パスタ、ケーキ、パイなど多くはないが十分なメニュー。
電源コンセント、wifi、ネオレストのトイレは1.2階に有り綺麗、など設備も良い。
駐車場は有料ですが、1000円以上の利用で60分無料になる。見慣れない精算機に戸惑うかも。

ウッディな外観に、店内もお洒落な雰囲気！席数もたくさんありました♬
2階のテラス席もあり、ワンコ連れでも座れる一階のテラス席もありました。
泉店しか行ったことありませんでしたが、、
店長さんがいらっしゃって、泉店とはエスプレッソが違うとの事！またフィッシュ&チップスもこちらだけとのお話でしたが、今回はカフェのみ利用でしたので、またの機会に頂いたいと思います?
駐車場もあり、1時間は無料でした。あとは2000円利用でサービスコインをいただけるようです！
今度はランチタイムにでもゆっくり利用したいと思います✨

グッズショップも品揃えが良く、見たことがない魅力的な雑貨ばかり。アートや食器、ドライフラワー、アロマなど。
フラットホワイトさん とても美味しかったです。今までのドリンクで1番美味しいかも？
ラテも抹茶も素晴らしい。
