★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3歳児の撮影、入店直後衣装を選ぶ時点でおもちゃに気を取られた子供を女性スタッフに怒鳴られかなり強引に腕を引っ張られ大泣き。するとその人から そんなんじゃ写真なんか撮れないよ！！これから幼稚園とか始まったらそんなワガママ通らない！と大声で言われました。保育園通ってます、と祖母が伝えると、はぁ！？これでよく保育園通ってるねー！！と。子供は泣き続け、撮影どころではありませんでした。
あまりに腹が立ったので 対応が異常ではと言い返しましたが、こんな子じゃあマトモな写真が撮れると期待しないで下さいね！！とのこと。結局撮影せず、そのスタッフからの謝罪もありませんでした。 二度と利用したくありません。
