若いオーナーシェフですが良く中華食材の勉強をされていて、コース料理の一品ごとに食材の説明をしていただきました。
はっきり言ってとても美味しいです！
デートやご接待にオススメです。

失礼ながら、まともな店があるように思えない路地にある。しかし、こんなところにまさかと思うほど良い中華が食べられる。
コース料理を注文したが、味はしっかり感じるのに全然油っぽさがなくて、パクパク食べられる。良い意味で、本当に中華のコースを食べたのかと思うくらい。
シェフが一品毎に説明してくれるが、しつこい感じがなく居心地が良い。店内も綺麗で好印象。まさか伊那でこれだけの中華が食べられるとは知らなかった。
そこらへんの中華に比べると高めだが、損はしないと思う。
一人でやっているので、時間に余裕があるときに訪れるのがお勧め。予約をしてから行こう。

I ordered a course meal, but the taste is solid but not oily at all, so I can eat it crisply. In a good way, I think I really ate the Chinese course.
The chef will explain each item, but it's comfortable and not persistent. The inside of the store is also beautiful and gives a good impression. I never knew that I could eat this much Chinese food in Ina.
It's expensive compared to Chinese food, but I don't think it will hurt.
I'm doing it alone, so it's recommended to visit when you have time to spare. Let's make a reservation before going.

香辛料を使った料理は、食べた時の口の中に広がり鼻から抜ける香りがその辺の中華とは桁違いです。
そうと思えば、素材を活かした調理もされたりとスキルと高さに脱帽。コースをいただきましたが、中華のコースを食べたとは思えないくらい爽やかで、胃もたれなし。
アラカルトも対応いただけますが、ここは是非予約をして、コースで色々なメニューを味わってもらいたいです。
伊那でこんな美味しい中華料理をいただけるとは驚きです。
シェフが凄いんだけど、ここまで伊那に美味しい店が揃っていると、伊那がすごいんじゃないか！？と錯覚しちゃいますけど、なんで凄腕シェフが伊那には多いんですかね〜。
