行き届いたサービス、美味しくて彩り豊かな料理とワインにとても感動しました。
お店の雰囲気や建物も素敵です。
良い記念日となりました。
また是非お食事にお伺いしたいと思っています。

食材をユニークに組み合わせた創作フレンチとでもいうんでしょうか？
特に色のコーディネーションはこだわりがありそうで美しい。
ところが肝腎のお味は組み合わせの不協和音だったり、ハーモニー以前に各食材の声が聞こえてこないとでもいうんでしょうか？
各食材をサーブする温度管理や塩加減にも問題がありそうですがそれだけではなさそうです。
厨房・フロアともにスタッフは真摯に仕事をされています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行先では海外系のレストランにはほぼ行かないのですが、お祝いを兼ねて訪問しました。オーソドックスな味で年輩の人を誘っても良さそうです。値段もあまり気にせずにいけそうなので、コースもよし、アラカルトも良しかな。
