★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で経営している様です。今年のバレンタインデーコースをお願いした。味は上レベルですけど、1人4000円+税の値段で考えると3点をさせて頂きます。税込1000円安くなれば5点でも出せると思います。そして、フレンチとして食器と盛り付けのオシャレ度は改善する空間があると思います。例えばパンを磁器と紙ではなく、バスケットと布で出品するとか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のランチに伺いました。開店直後に入店して、三組目でした。その後暫くしてもう二組が来店しました。
ランチタイムでもアラカルトメニューを頼めますが、いくつかのコースメニューの中から、写真をアップした休日ランチを頼みました。
サラダバーは、7種類位の生野菜、トウモロコシ、こんにゃく、砕いたゆでたまごなどに加え、小鉢に入ったポテトサラダ、豆腐、漬け物などがあります。私はポテトサラダが気に入りました。
メニューにはパンと書いてありますが、炊き込み御飯も選べます。私は炊き込み御飯を選びました。今日の炊き込み御飯はシラスでした。
メインのつくば鳥は、カリッとしつつ柔らかい鶏肉が赤ワインソースとすごくあいます。ソースが美味しかったので、パンにすべきでした。特に、赤ワインソースの肉料理とシラス（魚介類）の炊き込み御飯は、組み合わせはあまり良くなかったです。フレンチに炊き込み御飯を選択した私のミスです。
奥さんが選んだ真鱈のカツレツは、もつとソースがあれば良かったです。パンは、バターとガーリックから選べます。まて、おかわりもできるそうです。今回はバターを頼みましたが、ガーリックにしておけば良かったとのこと。
デザートの盛り合わせは、ガトーショコラ、ゆずシャーベット、フルーツの盛り合わせです。メロンは地元産でしょうか、甘くて美味しいです。ガトーショコラもしっかりしていて、食べ応えがあります。
星の数は、お値段とお料理を全体的に評価しました。最後に、シェフお一人とホールお一人で対応していますので、混んでいる時は料理の提供に少し時間がかかります。

The salad bar has about 7 kinds of raw vegetables, corn, konjac, crushed boiled eggs, potato salad in small bowls, tofu, pickles and so on. I like the potato salad.
The menu says bread, but you can also choose cooked rice. I chose cooked rice. Today's cooked rice was shirasu.
The main Tsukuba bird is crispy and tender chicken that goes very well with the red wine sauce. The sauce was delicious so I should have made bread. In particular, the combination of meat dishes with red wine sauce and rice cooked with shirasu (seafood) was not very good. This is my mistake in choosing rice cooked in French.
The cod katsuretsu that my wife chose should have a sauce. You can choose bread from butter and garlic. Well, it seems that you can refill it. I ordered butter this time, but he said it should have been garlic.
The dessert platter is a gateau chocolate, yuzu sorbet, and fruit platter. Maybe the melon is locally produced, it's sweet and delicious. The gateau chocolate is also solid and has a satisfying taste.
The number of stars evaluated the price and the food as a whole. Lastly, one chef and one hall are available, so it may take some time to serve the food when it is crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所にあるので、お店の前を通る度に行きたいなあと考えていました。前回入店しようとすると、お客さんがいっぱいで待ち時間が40分とのことだったので泣く泣く諦めました。今回はラッキーなことにスムーズに入れました。夫は日替わりランチで私は本日のランチを頼みました。日替わりランチには前菜やデザート、ドリンクがつくためサラダバーは付きません。サラダバーは栗原農園さんのお野菜を使っているようで新鮮で美味しいです！数種類の中からドレッシングを選べますが私は塩ダレが気に入りました。3度もサラダバーに行ってしまいました。日替わりランチは2千円代で少しお値段張りますが、美味しいしおすすめです。また足を運ばせていただきます。

The salad bar seems to use vegetables from Kurihara Farm and is fresh and delicious! You can choose from several types of dressings, but I like the salt sauce. I went to the salad bar three times. The daily lunch is a little pricey for 2,000 yen, but it is delicious and recommended. I will visit you again.

とても落ち着いていて、ご飯も美味しかったです！ついてきたパンもパリパリのふわふわで……つい、おかわりしてしまいました。
他にも沢山のコース料理や、大皿コースなどもあったのでまた来たいと思いました！

ここのサラダバーが1番好きです。美味しいし、つい大盛にしちゃいます。
本音を言えば、メインのメニューがなくても、サラダバーだけ食べたいくらいです。
ランチのメインももちろん美味しいのですが、ご飯も炊き込みご飯の時があって、他と違いますね。
ベランダ席はワンチャンも同伴できるみたいです。
今度はうちのワンコもつれて来たいです。
