h	hope ther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、交通ルールについて言及させていただきましたが、長文での返信や柔軟な対応をしていただいたので再度星を付け直させていただきました。私が偶然見かけないだけかもしれませんが、最近は件の道で御社の車を見ることもないので、本当に施策を練ってくださったのだと感じております。一市民の意見を聞いてくださりありがとうございました。 ---以下、以前の投稿--- 星1⭐️ 他の方も言及されていますが… 一般市民目線から車の運転について指摘させていただきます。市川市に住む者ですが、住民以外が侵入禁止の道路を抜け道として使っている様子を2度ほど見かけております。また、短い区間ですが一方通行を無視して通り抜けているのも目撃しました。また、車1台しか通れない細い道や、徒歩や自転車が多い中でも徐行とは言えないスピードで進んでいきます。角から人が飛び出してきたら止まれないのではないかと危機感を感じました。運送業は大変だと思いますが、交通ルールやモラルを守れないのは業者として、人として良くありません。何か問題が起こる前に改善をお願いいたします。ナンバーを伝えてると削除されてしまうとのことなので、概要だけご連絡させていただきました。 I mentioned the traffic rules before, but I responded in a long sentence and responded flexibly, so I added the star again. 小	小原洋志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和3年1月21日自宅敷地内に侵入してのUターンに付いて、苦情のメールを入れたところ、即メールでの反応と、その後に電話が来ました。ドライバーの方が敷地内に入ってしまった事は是非今後とも改めて頂きたいと思いました。しかし何より苦情対応としては★5だと思いました。どんな企業でも多かれ少なかれ苦情は有ります。そこをレスポンス良く対応出来るか、出来ないかで大きく違うと思います。比べてはダメですが、以前トランプ柄の運送屋にも同じ苦情を入れましたが無視です、対応としては論外です。今回の対応とは雲泥の差です。苦情対応は大変な仕事だと思いますが、この対応を続けて下さい。きっと皆が知る素晴らしい企業になると思います。 January 21, 3rd year of Reiwa When I sent a complaint e-mail about the U-turn that invaded my premises, I received an immediate e-mail response and then a phone call.
