★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方のレビューにもありましたが、客を平気で待たせると言うのは本当ですね。
待たされてる客が居るにも関わらず、裏からは従業員達の大きな笑い声が聞こえてくるし…勉強又は指導不足なのか対応も遅いし、不手際があっても担当は謝るどころか怠そうだし…毎度イライラすると言うのには理解出来ました。
他社より料金高めですし、それ相応の対応を期待したいですね。

確かに私も土日に行ってたら、こんなに良い評価はしてないかもしれないという感じです。というのも、日曜日に行った時は夕方の予約で行ったのにすごい待たされたし、閉店時間までになってしまったようで担当者が焦ってましたねぇ。
今回は月曜日のお昼前に予約して行ったのですが、お客さんがあまりいなくて、すぐに対応してくれました。いろいろと丁寧にスマホの使い方を教えてくれたり、スマホカバーの提案なども嬉しかったし、良かったのですが、私が興味ないと言っているのに、それでも勧めてくるのはどうだろう、と思いました。
どんなところでもそうなんでしょうけど、やっぱり空いてる時間を選んで行くようにした方がよさそうですね。
