★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶景ではないですが、春は桜、秋は紅葉が普通に綺麗です。
大阪側からなら３０分ほどで登れる低山なのですが、一部急傾斜があるので注意してください。
駐車場に隣接するレストハウス(ログハウス)で作っている「力もち」３個入りが、アンコがたっぷり入って美味しいですよ。
 It's not a superb view, but the cherry blossoms in spring and the autumn leaves are usually beautiful.
It is a low mountain that can be climbed in about 30 minutes from the Osaka side, but please note that there are some steep slopes.
The 3 pieces of "Rikimochi" made at the rest house (log house) adjacent to the parking lot is delicious with plenty of anchors.

This is the closest trailhead to your home. I climbed from the Manyo no Mori trailhead via the ruins of Kadani Temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車でも電車でも自転車でも行けて、舗装路あり、岩場あり、ガレ場ありの色んな登山道が選択出来る。
頂上付近から大阪平野を一望できて、眺望も良し。
さらにダイトレの中継地でもあり、縦走も楽しめる
You can go by car, train or bicycle, and you can choose from various mountain trails with paved roads, rocky areas, and cliffs.
You can overlook the Osaka Plain from near the top, and the view is also good.
It is also a relay point for the Diamond Trail, so you can enjoy vertical running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 万葉の森駐車場若しくは国道168号線南側にも駐車スペースがあり、こちらから二上山へはコンクリート道の急な坂道を登り、約３０分程度で登れます。万葉の森駐車場には、綺麗なトイレも整備されています。
There is also a parking space on the southern side of Manyo no Mori Parking Lot or National Route 168. From here you can climb the steep slope of the concrete road to Mt. Nigami in about 30 minutes. Many restroom parking lots are also equipped with beautiful toilets.

整備されており、歩きやすいです。
ただ、整備され過ぎて分岐がかなり多いので違う道に入らないように注意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この位置情報があるためこの位置から登られる方が多いと思いますが、駐車場のお店の裏側からの道の方が距離は長くなりますが緩やかで歩きやすい坂道なので楽に登ることができます。
健脚な方は問題ないですが、あまり自信のない人は、この位置から登るより、お店の裏側から登った方が楽しいかもしれません。

雌岳なら登って 頂上で休憩して下山して大体1時間半ぐらいです。
結構 傾斜はありますが、ほとんどの道が舗装されているので、子供や年配の方も楽しめます。
登山口のガレージは無料で30台ぐらい止められます。
反対車線側にも同じぐらいの大きさの無料ガレージがあります。
The Petit climbing is perfect.
It is roughly about an hour and a half to down the mountain to rest at the top to climb if Medake.
There is quite a slope, but since most of the roads are paved, you can enjoy even more of the children and elderly.
Trailhead of the garage will be stopped about 30 cars for free.
