本堂を拝見させていただき訪れて良かったです。
 It was great to hear about the cultivation method and passion of peony with the chief priest.

残念ながら咲いてる花は殆ど無かったです。
が、境内を散策していると、心が洗われる気がしました。
I heard that peony is in bloom.
Unfortunately, there were almost no flowers in bloom.

お庭は丁寧にお手入れされているので、とてもキレイ✨
お堂の前にはかわいい盆栽、春?
✨のポカポカお天気の下、梅の花の香りの中で１時間ほどゆっくりしました?
５月頃にはぼたん園が満開になって賑わうそうです?️

12月8日 寒ぼたんは咲いていない株の方が多かった…時期が難しい。咲いているものは傘をかぶりとても印象的。牡丹の瓦があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當麻寺から歩いて15分くらいでつきました。初めての訪問でトイプードルを連れていきましたが、受付の方がゆっくり散歩されてくださいと言ってくださり、ありがたかったです。
お庭もすごく風情があり狭いようで迷路のような広がりを感じさせます。
食事もオッケーなのでゆっくりできました。
四季折々素敵な花々が咲くそうなのでまた訪れたいです。
It took about 15 minutes on foot from Taima-dera Temple. I took a toy poodle with me on my first visit, but I was grateful that the receptionist asked me to take a leisurely walk.
The garden is also very tasteful and narrow, making you feel like a maze.
The food was okay so I was able to relax.
It seems that wonderful flowers will bloom every season, so I would like to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花のお寺です。四季折々の花木が迎えてくれます。
私が行った時期は、冬でしたが「寒牡丹」の雪囲いを見る事が出来ました。
他にはミツマタ、蝋梅、水仙の花が咲いてました。たくさんの種類の花木が植え込まれて四季を通して行ってみたいな、、と思いました。
お寺も古く、遠くに二上山を借景に静かな良い雰囲気でした。
It is a flower temple. Flowers and trees in each season welcome you.
It was winter when I went, but I was able to see the snow fence of "Kanpeony".
Besides, mitsumata, Japanese allspice, and daffodil flowers were in bloom. I wanted to go through the four seasons with many kinds of flowering trees planted.
The temple was old, and it had a nice atmosphere with a view of Mt. Nijo in the distance.
