鹿谷寺の横道から登ってすぐです。
コンクリートの狭い場所ですが、眺めは最高で、2、3人でお弁当を広げて食べるのにちょうどいい広さです。

It's just a short walk from the side street of Kadani Temple.

二上山山頂に登るのが面倒なときは、鹿谷寺あたりまでのんびり散策しながら山麓の山道を歩いても二上山の雰囲気を感じることができる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 意外と眺めが良いですよ！ルートとしては、鹿谷寺後ルートへ登り、岩下に展望台方向を示した立て看板があります。ルートとしては、若干岩場になるので注意が必要ですが、二上山としては楽しめるルートだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高圧電線が気になりますが、素晴らしい夜景が見えます。大阪に詳しい人ならば、私のアップした写真の中にあべのハルカス、りんくうタウンの大観覧車「天空の星」、関西国際空港、PLの塔（大平和祈念塔）を確認できると思います。ナイトハイキングが必要になるので気軽にデートでというわけにはいきませんが・・。写真は2021年3月10日撮影。

If you are familiar with Osaka, you can see Abeno Harukas, Rinku Town's Ferris wheel "Stars in the Sky", Kansai International Airport, and the PL Tower (Great Peace Tower) in the photos I uploaded. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿谷寺跡のこの展望台に続く細い道があります。
駐車場から雌岳、雄岳を目指して歩くとその細い道は見つけにくい位置にありますので、この展望台に行きたい場合は、一度、鹿谷寺跡で立ち止まり周辺の細い道を探さないとたどり着けないかもしれません。
黄色展望台と比べるとその眺望は劣りますし、目の前に高圧電線があるため景観はイマイチですが、低い場所にあるため少ない運動量で景色を楽しめるとも言えます。
でも、鹿谷寺跡までの道が一部険しく急なため、ヒールやサンダルでは危険です。
せめて運動靴など足元はある程度しっかりした状態で行くことをお勧めします。

There is a narrow road leading to this observatory at the ruins of Shioya Temple.
If you walk from the parking lot toward Meadake and Odake, the narrow path is hard to find, so if you want to go to this observatory, you may have to stop at Shioyaji Temple once and look for a narrow path around it. Hmm.
The view is inferior to that of the Yellow Observatory, and the scenery is not good because the high-voltage power line is in front of you, but it can be said that you can enjoy the scenery with a small amount of exercise because it is in a low place.
However, it is dangerous in heels and sandals because the road to Shioya Temple remains steep and steep.
It is recommended that you at least keep your feet, such as athletic shoes, to a certain degree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は年に5〜10回二上山に妻と登ります。展望台より雌岳の頂上がやはり眺めがいいです。1時間程掛けて、ゆっくり登ります。馬の背近くの広場が有りそこでご飯を食べます。おにぎりとカップ味噌汁に冷たい水をいれて食べたら最高です。皆様も是非お試しを。大阪市内から高速で1時間程で。阪和道から南阪和道で太子で降りて5分ほどで駐車場に着きます。駐車場は2箇所向かい側にも有り合わせて無料30台程可能。釣り堀の奥駐車場は不可です注意です。トイレ有り。馬の背にもトイレあります。5分ほどの所にコンビニありました。老若男女問わず楽しめる山です。是非チャレンジしてみて下さい。写真は鹿谷寺コース。場所によっては危険な所も有ります。お年寄り小さいお子さんはコンクリートの本道をおすすめです。今の時期毛虫注意です。是非皆様もアルピニスト目指して下さい。

I climb Mt. Nijo 5 to 10 times a year with my wife. The view of the summit of Mt. Meidake is better than the observatory. Take about an hour and climb slowly. There is a plaza near the back of the horse where you can eat. It is best to add cold water to rice balls and cup miso soup and eat it. Please give it a try. It takes about 1 hour from Osaka city at high speed. From Hanwa Expressway, get off at Minami Hanwa Expressway and get off at the parking lot in about 5 minutes. There are two parking lots on the opposite side, and about 30 cars are available for free. Please note that the parking lot at the back of the fishing pond is not possible. There is a toilet. There is also a toilet on the back of the horse. There was a convenience store about 5 minutes away. It is a mountain that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. Please try it. The photo is the Kadani temple course. There are also dangerous places depending on the location. For elderly and small children, we recommend the concrete main road. Be careful of caterpillars this time. Please aim to be an alpinist.
