アパートを選定する上で、紹介される物件について背景にある情報も提示され、分かりやすくて助かりました。
・保険が月額で掛かるようになっているのは、
更新忘れによる失効で困る人が多くいる背景を踏まえてのこと。
など、掛かる料金について逐一説明がありました。
こうした背景を把握して伝えてくださるということで、
仲介だけして契約をもらえば後は丸投げ、
をするような悪質業者ではなく、アフターサポートがまともなのだと思います。
また、
・騒音がない
・風呂場に邪魔な洗面台がついていない
というマニアックな(？)条件で絞ってもらいましたが、
「木造なのでどうしても限界はある。」
「私どもも住んでいるわけではないので、騒音について分かりかねる部分がある。」
「大抵の物件で風呂場に(邪魔な)洗面台がついている。なお他のお客様の中にも嫌がる人がちらほらいる。」
など、嘘偽りなく知る限りの実情を話していただきました。
その上で妥協できる範囲を探ってくださったため、助かりました。
このレビューを閲覧されている方の多くは新潟大学の受験を検討されている方、また合格された方だと思います。一人暮らしを始める上で、
スーパーがどのへんにあるか、どの物件であれば信頼できるネット環境が得られるのか、生活面についても色々話していただきました。
