★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大学卒業時、就職にあたって引っ越す際に利用しました。
初期費用に詳しい説明なく色々請求されて払ってしまっていたので、これから利用される方のために投稿します。
私は、特に詳しい説明ないまま「火災保険」「安心入居サポート」「火消ッシュ」の費用を請求されています。
・火災保険→管理会社で指定された火災保険でした。
・安心入居サポート→アパマンで用意されている保険です。火災保険と内容丸かぶりです。
・火消ッシュ→火事になった時に利用するものです。500mlペットボトルほどの大きさのもの。6,264円は高いと思います。
それぞれ必要に思う方はいらっしゃると思いますが、個人的には安心入居サポートと火消ッシュは不要でした。
契約時に説明はなく、大学生だった私はそのままサインをしてしまいました。
害虫駆除費用21,600円も、不動産の代理店によっては断れるようです。
このように本来不要だと思われる費用を、請求されることはよくあることだと思います。なのでこちらの店舗が特別最低最悪な店舗だとは感じませんが、学生の皆さん、気をつけてください。

・ Reliable move-in support → Insurance provided by Apaman. It is a fire insurance and a full cover.
・ Fire extinguishing → It is used when there is a fire. The size of a 500ml PET bottle. I think 6,264 yen is expensive.
I'm sure there are people who need each, but personally, I didn't need safe occupancy support and fire extinguishing.
There was no explanation at the time of the contract, and as a college student, I just signed.
The pest control cost of 21,600 yen seems to be refused by some real estate agencies.
I think it's common to be billed for expenses that you think aren't really needed. So I don't think this store is the worst and worst store, but students, please be careful.
