朝早くからリハビリの高齢者が大声で話をしながら並んでいますが、リハビリが終わっても帰らないので、待合室はまるで老人ホームのようです。リハビリ室も狭くて薄暗く、「三蜜」状態です。
事務員の対応も悪く、患者をあざ笑って、釣銭を叩きつけられました。私語も多く、待合室にいても聞こえています。
ホームページの「青木整形外科 職員心得」を読んで、思わず噴き出しましたが、職員の入れ替わりが激しいのは何らか問題があるのでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミが良かったので受診しました。先生も優しく、丁寧に診察してくれました！痛みをどうやったら緩和できるか考えてくれ、好感の持てる診察でした。高齢者の方が多かったですが人気な理由が伺えました。待ち時間は長いですが、きちんと目安の時間も教えてくれて助かりました。これからも通いたいと思います。

この病院は先生が良いだけで、スタッフの教育が全く駄目です。
（他の口コミも先生の良い口コミが多いだけ）
確かに先生は親切で親身な先生です。だから遠方からも来る人が多いのでしょう。しかし、
2階のリハビリスタッフの私語が患者に聞こえます。
他の方も同じ事書かれていますが、平気で他の患者さんの悪口とも言える最低な話聞こえます。スタッフの私用な話も聞こえっぱなし。
患者への配慮がない。気分が悪いです。昔から通っていたので良く分かりますがここ数年でスタッフが変わって、昔いたスタッフの方のほうが雰囲気もフレンドリーですごく良かった。
特に2階にいる女性のスタッフ方、話し方など勉強した方がいいです。
何年か前までいた眼鏡をかけた女性の方が話し方もソフトで、良く気が効く方でやめてしまったので非常に残念。なぜか、看護師さんも含め、良いスタッフの人達がやめてしまう。もう、他の整形にかえようか検討中。

It's a shame that the woman who wore glasses, who used to be a few years ago, spoke softer and stopped because she was a good person. For some reason, good staff, including nurses, quit. I'm already considering whether to switch to other plastic surgery.

平日は19時までで助かります。
火曜日再診察の場合は3分ぐらいの待ち時間もあります。
病院設備思ったより広くて、絵も飾っていて、漫画と雑誌あって、居心地のよいの病院です。
近く薬局あって使いやすいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方のレビューを見て受診するか悩みましたが、ダメ元で受診してみました。他の方のレビューにあった他の患者さんの悪口や態度が悪いというのはありませんでした。逆に先生、看護師さん、リハビリスタッフの対応が良かったです。とにかく混んでます。初診だったので1時間20分くらいかかりました。
それでも受診して良かったです。水曜日の夕方に受診しました。他の曜日は分かりません。
I was worried about whether to go to the clinic after seeing the reviews of other people, but I tried to go to the clinic with no use. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が古いので薄暗く待合室も埃っぽくて病院なのに衛生的ではない感じです。先生は良い人だとは思うが、頭の原因特定できず、リハビリも痛みとは別の部位を施術していたので本当に効果があるか疑問なので通院を辞めました。とにかく患者に老人が多く煩いです。店が何かと勘違いしている老害多すぎて、世間話煩いし、もう行かないと思います。

I think the teacher is a good person, but I couldn't identify the cause of my head, and I quit the hospital because I was wondering if rehabilitation was really effective because I was treating a different part from the pain. 整形外科は「湿布を出してハイおしまい」と思っているみなさんにこそオススメの診療所です。
院長は患者の話をキチンと聞いてくださいます。そして、他院なら諦めるところまで来てもさらなる手をうってくださいます。
それでダメなら諦めつくかな？というところまで診てくださいます。
本質を満たした整形外科だと思います。
駐車スペースはそれなりに狭いです。このあたりは通院時に電話で聞いていくことをオススメしておきます。
調剤薬局も至近ですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a good orthopedic doctor, then I recommend Dr Aoki.
I had a consultation with Dr Aoki after I found a lump on my left thigh. It did not hurt but I was worried because it was the size of a ping-pong ball. He listened to my concerns with full attention and after answering some questions he advised that I take an MRI scan. The clinic did not have its own MRI machine so I had the scan at a different clinic. When Dr Aoki received my scan he took great care to explain the results to me. Part of the results were unclear so he asked for more details from the doctor that carried out the scan. He called me later to confirm my lump was not a malignant tumor. I was really happy to hear that. The clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore you should go early to avoid delays seeing a doctor.
