内見当日の30分前に連絡があり、物件の確認をしたら埋まってました、どうしましょうか、と女性の担当者に言われました。
遠くから来ているのに30分前に連絡とか接客業としてありえないです。せめて前日に確認しておくべきだと思います。
エイブルには二度と頼まないし、回りの人にも辞めた方がいいと伝えていきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきりいってここでの契約はやめた方がいいです。ここで契約して1ヶ月になりますがダメなところしか見えてこないです。
特に、今日気がついた便器の汚れ。やけに匂うと思って便器の中を見てみると黒ずみ、尿石と全く掃除してありませんでした。見えるところしか掃除していません。これは、他の場所にも言えます。契約から2週間以上時間をかけていたのでさぞきれいになっているのかと思いきや知ろうとレベルの掃除。こんなにプロ意識のないところがあるのかと信じられません。
こうして積もり積もった不満の一部を少しだけ出しましたが、どうせ来る返答は他の方と同じでしょう。『ご不満な思いをさせてしまい申し訳ございませんでした。共有させて頂き改善させて頂きます。』はいはい、クレーマーにはコピペで十分。とか思ってるんでしょうね。共有できてないからこうなっているんですけどね。共有できていてこれだったらどうしようもないですよ。ここの店舗がひどいせいでエイブル全体がどうしようも無い会社のように思えてきます。
まぁ端的に言うとここの店舗、従業員は金を取るだけで相応の仕事をせず、対応もせず、どうしようもないので契約はしないほうがいいですよってことです。

Well, to put it simply, the stores and employees here do not do the proper work, do not respond, and there is nothing they can do, so it is better not to make a contract.

他の方の口コミ通り、ひどい品質の部屋でひどい対応。担当以外の従業員ともいくらか関わったけど総じてやる気なし。契約前でも後でも隠しきれなくてボロ出てる人もチラホラいました(笑) トラブルが起こると逃げてしまう面倒くさがり？軟弱体質の人が多すぎます。
仲介やメンテをきちんと出来ないので、「管理会社」とは正直呼べないレベル。不動産屋としてもただ大きいだけで、これじゃただの物件回し屋。
ちなみに皆が騒いでる掃除が出来ない業者ですが、倒産したそうです。今時そんな業者をダラダラ使ってたとか引きます。入居者に迷惑かけ過ぎ。
実際現場を見たら雑とか以前に掃除の仕方も知らないんかと。でもね、それは氷山の一角であって、そんな業者の管理もロクに出来ない管理？会社はもっとタチが悪いってこと、よく認識すべき。
物件的にも説明されてない致命的欠陥が多くてかなり住みづらいし、言ってもすぐ動かないし思いやりない人多すぎるから、例え物件が気に入っても入居後に対応悪くなる(遅いもしくはスルー)なので、ピンチの時に助けてもらえないリスクをよーく考えて契約する事をオススメします。
店舗も施工側も関係者全員、一度反省した方がいいですね。やりとりする時間も手間もお互い無駄だから皆さんちゃんと仕事してください。

予約して入店、30分ぐらい放置され、水さえ出してくれない。（受付がコンビニで自分のお茶買いましたけど）メールではすごく親切でしたが、店に入ったら、３人とも話もできなそう、営業スキルなしでしょうね。紹介してくれる物件が本当に勝手で、理解できません。予算に到達するため、値段の低い物件を値上げでもいいですよと言われて、バカされるにも限界があるでしょうか？ひたすらPCをいじり、物件紹介のチラシを片手で投げてくれて、その後何事も言わなくなって、意味が不明です。とにかく、気持ち悪いでした。
