★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エリアマネージャーの方に接客頂きました。終始、当方の要望に沿った提案をいただき、包み隠さず伝えていただける点に誠実さを感じました。やはり賃貸であっても信頼できる方から契約したいということで、この方に契約を任せることにしました。他の営業の方はほとんど話していないのでわかりません。
web（Suumoなど）の情報は更新が少し遅いので、掲載されていてもすでに契約済みといったことが何軒もありました。
webで自分が求める物件の条件と住みたいエリアを明確にしてた上で、仲介業者さんに足を運ぶことをおすすめします。
