まず、ホームページには近隣住民一軒ずつ説明とご挨拶と書かれていたが、実際にはポストにA4サイズの案内を入れてお終い。誠意をもった丁寧な挨拶とはなに？って思いましたね。
近所の家を解体するにあたっては防音シートを最後まで設置せずに工事を行っており、家の敷地内に粉塵・飛散物が舞い込んで来たり音がものすごく迷惑でした。そしてこちらの業者へお電話しましたが、全く対応なし。
作業員が勝手に人の土地へ許可なく入って休憩されたり大変困りましたね。

When dismantling a house in the neighborhood, we did not install the soundproof sheet until the end, and the noise was extremely annoying as dust and scattered matter came into the premises of the house. And I called this vendor, but there was no response at all.
It was very troublesome for workers to enter people's land without permission and take a break.
