匿	匿名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前の話ですが、システムさんに売買物件のお預かりをお願いしました。最初の販売査定価格は他社さんよりも高く、期待をしていたのですが、そこから全くもって売れず、販売価格も値下げ値下げで当初販売価格の半値以下となりました。固定資産税の事もあり、はやく売ってしまいたかったのですが、何年も残ってしまい、他社さんや知人に話した時は「ずっと物件が出てるよね」と言われてしまいました。物件を預かる為に高く査定だけしてあとは値下げ値下げというやり方が気に入りませんでした。担当者さんのやる気も感じられませんし、二度と利用したくありません。後悔してます。 As I said before, I asked System to take care of the property for sale.
