★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年2月2日に鍵を県外の実家に置いてきて入れなくなった相談をこちらのパートナーズさんでお電話しました。
大東建託さん側にスペア鍵は無く、会社として他の対応マニュアルも無く電話を切ったのですが、電話応対してくれた女性の方が心配して下さり対策を考え掛け直してくれました。
結局自分の見落としでカバンの底に鍵があったのですが（その節はすみません！）しばらくの間どうしたら良いか考えてくれていたようで、申し訳ないと同時に本当に有難うございました。
あの後また県外へ引っ越しになり、どこで伝えて良いのか分かなかったので、こちらから書き込ませて頂きました。

修理もされず、そのまま。
洗濯機用の蛇口の劣化(錆、変形、等)により水漏れする状態。
キッチンの蛍光灯は、紐が切れたまま、電気も点かない。
シャワーヘッドの付け根から水漏れする。
上記の状態のまま次の客に、貸し出すという低品質。
入居後、水道、電気の契約が、完了してからでないと発覚しない部分だからと放置か。
契約時の説明不足による駐車場のトラブル(他の契約住居人様の駐車区画を紹介)もあり。
問い合わせ後、同管理物件駐車場内で、同じ番号の駐車場が、複数あり、非を認めているが、謝罪無し。
