Pillows were uncomfortable and you can clearly hear the trains from the neighboring station all night. Staff had poor English if that kind of thing is important for you. Would not stay here again.
N	Nana Saleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean. As in most hotel room in Japan it is very narrow room. We put our big luggage in concierge as we transit overnight. Location is very convenient if you need to ride train and it is easy to find food in some nearby restaurants. The hotel provide free shuttle to airport which is convenient❤

The room is ridiculously small; you'd be spending most of the time on the bed, since that's the largest space in the room. No control over room temperature on some days - frigid in the morning, too hot during the day. Bathroom smells funny. Shower head leaks like hell. Wifi is irritatingly slow. Front desk too is super slow, no matter how few guests are around. Oh, and they never pick up phone. When I go down and talk in person, they are impolite. Self check-in is half baked - confusing interface, and you go through it only to find out it can't take credit card without PIN. Unlike some other hotels, food delivery is not allowed to come to your room. They clean the room only on the 4th day of your stay, and it is mandatory. You HAVE TO leave the room, even if you are in quarantine. Few good things are that it's close to a convenience store, and cleaning staff are very helpful.

I love APA HOTEL as they have chains/ franchise all over Japan. This hotel was expensive during my stay, approx. 7k/ day. Good breakfast but I wish they have more veg options, bread, icecream etc. Breakfast in room should be available during pandemic. One of the staff did not give me full membership points during my stay, and she did not give me the reason also (that was not pleasant)! Public bath (sento) available at 2nd floor! Overall, it was decent stay! Best of luck if you are staying there!
S	Sareh Taghavizargr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in Room 1015 when I arrived , and I get bedbugs all my body, After I bring my complain to front desk they asked me if I want to change my room, well hellooo of course you have to change my room, however after entering to new room 1319 I see long black hair on the bed, a dust everywhere, they don’t bother themselves to at least check and supervise the rooms specially for entering the guest who complained.shampoos bottles are dirty and look like no one clean them.plus the rooms are supper small there is a entering door and bed that’s it. I did not received any follow up from their team, and I’m struggling with so many spots on my body with bedbugs . Such a shame
