★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 解約に予約がいると言われ、予約して行ったのですが、出金した現金を何に使うかなどを聞かれ、新券でほしいと伝えると長い時間待たされました。行員の態度も悪いです。お年寄りの投資契約には声を裏返して対応してるのに、解約だとこの態度かと驚きました。この銀行自体おすすめしないです。ここにお金を預けていたことを後悔しました。
