M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約１年前に、なかなか治まらない左手小指の関節の痛みで受診し、へバーデン結節と診断されました。その診断は確かに正しかったですし、レントゲン写真を見ながらの説明, 対処法のお話も有りました。これは治せるものではないのですが、私はピアノで生計を立てており指は商売道具。「これは治りません、申し訳ありませんが」との診断を聞いた際は目の前が真っ暗、頭は真っ白になりました。なので重ねて「(少しでも進行させない, 少しでも痛みを緩和させるなどのために) 何かできることは有りませんか？」と尋ねてしまったのですが、「ですから、今言ったことです！」と、先生はこちらを見ることもなく怒ったように冷たく言い放ちました。現在の私は他院経由で大学病院に通っています。良く話を聞いてくれて、ダメ元でも効くかもしれないと思われることを教えてくださったり、他の指にも気を配って避けたほうが良い動きを教えてくださったりと親身になってくださり、経過観察してくださっています。あおよこ整形外科には、この件の前にも何度か受診しており、毎回適切な処置はされて来ましたが、とにかく先生は冷たく素気ない印象でした。診断は正しいかもしれませんし、患者に余計な (無駄な) 治療はしないという配慮なのかもしれませんが、少なくとも患者の心に寄り添う医師ではありません。不安を抱え心が弱っている時には最悪です。なので、とにかく適切に診断して最低限の処置をしてくれれば良い、という方には良いかもしれませんが、私は二度と行きません。 About a year ago, I was diagnosed with Heberden's nodule when I was diagnosed with pain in the joint of my left little finger that did not go away.
