★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の頃に見た映画かドラマのワンシーンで、真田広之さんか松田優作さんか忘れましたが、ご飯に大量のキャビアをかけて食べるシーンがあり、なんてカッコいいのだと、いつか僕もそんなワイルドなことしてみたいと思った記憶があります。その記憶から抜けれず、しかもふるさと納税で買ったキャビアをそんな食べ方する勇気も無く貧乏性のまま月日が流れてしまいました。
昨日、青山たか野 さんにお伺いし、
ついに憧れのキャビアご飯を目の前にして
よーやく大人の階段を駆け上がる、そんな気持ちになりました。
コースをいただき、料理は大将の人柄がにじみ出る出汁の効いた優しい癒しに包まれつつ、キャビアご飯の〆に向けてレンコンと牛肉のメンチカツで気分が上がり（なんでおっさんはメンチカツにアガルのだろ？)そして〆のキャビアご飯。キャビアを引き立てるごはん、キャビアの濃厚さに負けない海苔との相性は抜群でした！
ステキな食事をありがとうございました。

In a movie or drama scene I saw when I was a kid, I forgot either Sanada Hiroyuki or Matsuda Yusaku, but there is a scene where a large amount of caviar is eaten over rice, and it's very cool that someday I I have memories that I wanted to do something wild. I could not get out of that memory, and the days of the day were still poor without the courage to eat the caviar I bought in the old age and tax payment.

That's how I felt that I ran up the stairs of an adult.
I had a course, and the food was wrapped in a gentle healing with the soup that the character of the general overflowed, I felt up for the caviar rice bowl with a lotus root and beef mince cut (Why an old man is an agar with a cut off?) Caviar rice with salmon. The rice that complements the caviar, the compatibility with the caviar's thick seaweed is outstanding!
Thank you for the wonderful meal.
