Altough it might sounds a bit weird to stroll around a cemetery but it is an interesting place to visit as long as you respect the surroundings. And it is not too crowded compared to other cherry blossom places.

Many graves are very old, the cherry or other trees too. It is not small. Literally small public streets inside where taxis or traffic enters. There is a foreigner section, and as recently as 2007 then Tokyo Governor Ishihara laid this stone. Foreigners help contribute to and build modern Japan. Various tombs, tell part of the tale.
