★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful green place in the middle of busy Tokyo.
Great for walks, jogging and just to take a break from a mundane world.
Hachikō is buried here. Reunited with his owner at last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place to visit for cherry blossom sight seeing and a look at Japanese cemetery. Altough it might sounds a bit weird to stroll around a cemetery but it is an interesting place to visit as long as you respect the surroundings. And it is not too crowded compared to other cherry blossom places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a cemetery where the owner of Hachiko and Hachiko was buried. In my opinion, it is best place to see the beauty of sakura bloosm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggest a walk and perspective on Tokyo, and Japan, in this cemetery. Most graves well kept, but some not, and it depends on family visits I guess. Many graves are very old, the cherry or other trees too. It is not small. Literally small public streets inside where taxis or traffic enters. There is a foreigner section, and as recently as 2007 then Tokyo Governor Ishihara laid this stone. Foreigners help contribute to and build modern Japan. Various tombs, tell part of the tale.
