海苔かき玉うどんを食べた. かき玉はたまに見かけるが海苔かき玉はあまり見かけない.かと言ってすごくうまいわけではないので肉うどんにした方が良かったかななんて思いながらも、揚げたてアスパラ天をカレー塩で食べるのはすごくおいしい.

狙っていたお店がまさかの改修工事で、 慌てて食べログ検索して、すぐ近くに美味しそうなうどん屋さんを 発見したので、急遽うどんへ変更することにして、 こちらへお伺いしました。 なんと、兵庫県西宮のおうどん屋さんらしい。 何を食べるかすごく迷ったけど、 迷った時にいつも頼んでしまうのはきまって #辛味おろし醤油うどん #天ぷら 麺は太めで、すごくコシがあって美味しい〜 たっぷり薬味のネギをのせて、辛味大根はそれほど辛くなく、 キュっとしぼったすだちとお醤油でシンプルに頂くと 麺の美味しいさが本当に引き立ちます。 お醤油も薄い色で、関西系なのか濃くないので口当たりが良いです。 ついつい、追い醤油しちゃう感じ。 舞茸の天ぷらもすんごいサクサクの衣でいい音してた。 思っていたのと違ったランチでしたが、このお店はまた来たい! 久しくうどんは食べていなかったのですが、 今年は久しぶりにうどんを食することが増えそうな予感。。。 ごちそうさまでした♥

【うどんとホルモン焼きが両立?!リピしたいうどん屋?】 ここ美味しいと教えてもらって、その日のうちに寄り道(笑) 実はうどん好きなんですよ。 初めてなんで、とりあえずはプレーンなやつだよね~と、 思っていたら、おすすめメニューの「ほるぅどん」が飛び込んでくる。 あ、これだわ。 さらにもう一つ。 焼きチーズ玉だとぅ? 結局、1mmもプレーンじゃないものを選んだ。 あと、天婦羅が気になるもの多数で、レジのお姉さんに聞くと、 今の時期ならこれだけど、私が好きなのはこれです!とかって、 いろいろ教えてくれてついつい注文しすぎた( ´艸`) アスパラ、舞茸、半熟卵、チーズちくわ。 欲張ったなぁ(笑) 天婦羅たくさんお願いしたからかもしれないが、 提供スピードは、チェーン店のうどん屋と比べて、 かなりゆっくりめ。 番号札で呼ばれて、うどんを取りに行く。 わー、うんまそ♡ まずは、焼きチーズ玉。 これは、釜玉うどんにチーズをかけて、炙ったもの。 とろ~りチーズと玉子は当然のごとく、相性がいい◎ 炙りなので、香ばしい香り。 もう1つのほるぅどん。 実はこれ、ホルモンダブルにして増量させてます(笑) わんぱく( ´艸`) もやしやニラが入っていて、あまり見た事のない風貌。 スープを一口・・・ 想像してたのと違う!! 関西の”かすうどん”を想像してたんだけど、全く別物。 何かね、ホルモン焼きとうどんがこの1杯の中に共存してる、 そんな感じ! ホルモンを炒めるタレみたいな味のスープは、ジャンク感がある。 でも、これがクセになる美味しさ。 刻んだホルモンがたっぷり入り、食べ応えもしっかり! あと、麺がちょっと変わってる? 手打ちと、看板には書いていたが、切るのも手なのかな? ちょっと不揃いな所もある。 でも、それが嫌な感じではなく、美味しい。 モチモチ食感で、時間が経っても伸びる事はなく、最後まで美味しくいただける。 半熟卵をほるぅどんに入れたけど、お出汁に浸さずに、 卓上の出汁醤油?で食べた方がいいと思う! 衣がはがれて、残念な感じになっちゃうので(´;ω;`)笑 舞茸は、さっくさくで軽い揚げ具合。 アスパラはカレー粉を付けて。 あと、チーズちくわ! これもお気に入り^^ 添えてあるコチュジャンみたいな辛みそ?よりも、カレー粉が合うと思う! うどんも天婦羅も美味しくて、これはリピしたくなっちゃう。 個人的なオススメは、ほるぅどんと天婦羅のチーズちくわ・たまご! 美味しかったから、次こそはプレーンなお出汁のうどんを食べてみたいと思うけど、 きっとまた、ほるぅどんを食べてしまう気がする(笑) リピ確定((⊂(*°ω°*)⊃))

青山一丁目交差点角にある、青山ビル地下1階、手打ちうどん いわしやで鳴門産生わかめうどんを頂きました。 鳴門産生わかめはコリコリです。 関西風薄味スープも美味しいです。 店内で揚げたて天ぷらもトッピングできます。 冷たいうどん、温かいうどん、どちらも選べます。 寒い日は温かいうどんで体が暖まりますね。
