★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶺鴒の後、こちらへ訪問。友人のお気に入りの中華料理店です。いろいろな物をハーフサイズで頼み料理を堪能しました。紹興酒は甕入りをデキャンタで。チャーシューは最近ではあまり見かけない食紅を使ったタイプ。料理は全て美味しかったですね。
人数揃えば、また行きたいお店です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四川麻婆豆腐をオーダー。でも一押しメニューは担々麺かも？！辛さはあまり感じませんでした。後でメニューを見ると辛さ調整できると。。え、オーダーの時に教えて欲しかったw デザートにメロンがついてました。
I ordered Sichuan Mapo Tofu. But maybe the recommended menu is dandan noodles? !! I didn't feel the spiciness very much. If you look at the menu later, you can adjust the spiciness. .. Well, the dessert I wanted you to tell me when ordering had a melon.

定食屋気分で使っているので、あまり色々なメニューを試した事はないのですが…?
食べるものは大体決まっていて、
⚫︎牛あんかけご飯
⚫︎あんかけ焼きそば
⚫︎(たまに)サンラータン
です。
どれも美味しいです。
なぜか今日はまだ食べた事の無いものを食べたい気分だったので、坦々麺をオーダーしました。
胡麻の味が濃い。しっかりしてる。
スープもトロッとしてる。少しアーモンドとか入ってるのかな？甘みも感じます。気のせい？?
飲み干したくなるやつです。ほぼ飲み干しました。これも今度からマイ定番に入るな。
後で御店主から聞いたのですが、胡麻を煎って、ミンチ器で砕いて…という工程は、お店で自前でやられてるそうです！

It's the one you want to drink. I almost drank it. Don't make this my standard again.
I heard from the shop owner later that the process of roasting sesame seeds and crushing them with a minced meat machine is done by the shop owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにて利用。席数多いですが、いつも混み合っています。一番奥には広い円卓の席があり、そちらへ案内していただきました。麻婆豆腐をいただきましたが痺れる系の辛さが強めでした。デザートまでついています。

スープはあっさりですが、コクがあり、旨味が広がります、美味い！
蒸し鳥も柔らかです。
麺は細麺です、これはお勧めですよ！
We had steamed chicken salt light soup noodles at Hibiyaen on the 1st basement floor of the Aoyama Building.
The soup is light, but rich and delicious, it's delicious!

1時半頃に行ったのですが、
店内かなり賑わっており人気なのが伺えました。
回転率がよく、混んでいましたが待つことはなく案内
写真の通りネギチャーシュー麺（1100円）を頂きました！
美味しかった！
予想外だったのは辛かったこと。
ねぎがラー油で揚げてあるのかな？
お酢入れて味変するとまろやかになってさっぱりでおすすめです！
サービス？でマンゴープリンも頂いたのですが、これがすごい美味しかった〜！！
接客も良かったです！
オフィス街ということもあり、
その辺にいつもいる人ならおすすめです。

青山なのに日比谷園！？間違えて日比谷にゆかぬよう…名前の由来が気になるところです。場所柄ですかね、上品なお客様が多い気が？します。また近くによったらお伺いしたいお店です。
