★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玉石貼りのとても珍しいダム。紅葉していてとてもキレイでした。ただ熊が出たらしく、大音量のラジオが流れてました。
A very unusual dam with cobblestones. It was very beautiful with autumn leaves. Just like a bear, a loud radio was playing.

時期的に水が排出されていてちょっと残念
大きな玉石で組んだダム本体は眺める価値あり。昭和初期の管理建屋もいい味してます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国登録文化財。青下第1ダムは，仙台市水道第一次拡張時の取水ダムで，広瀬川支流の青下川に設けられた三つのダムのうち，最も下流に位置する。その構造は，コンクリート造堰堤，玉石貼で，下流側に副ダムが，主ダム頂部に青下橋が附属する。大きさは，主堰堤の堤高13.4m，堤長41.8m，副堰堤の堤高2.4m，堤長25.7m，青下橋の長さ43.6m，幅員1.8mである。現存する玉石貼のダムは珍しく，昭和60年(1985)には，厚生省（当時）の「近代水道百選」にも選ばれている。
Nationally registered cultural property. The Aoshita No. 1 Dam is an intake dam at the time of the first expansion of the Sendai City Waterworks, and is located at the most downstream of the three dams built on the Aoshita River, a tributary of the Hirose River. The structure is a concrete dam and boulders, with a secondary dam on the downstream side and a blue bridge at the top of the main dam. The size of the main dam is 13.4m, the length is 41.8m, the height of the sub dam is 2.4m, the length is 25.7m, the length of Aoshita Bridge is 43.6m, and the width is 1.8m. The existing cobblestone dam is rare, and in 1985, it was selected as one of the "100 Modern Waterworks" by the Ministry of Health and Welfare (at that time).

特に絶景と言うわけでもなく、マニア向けかも？
水道記念館でダムカードがもらえる。
近くに熊が出たということで、職員さんが爆竹を鳴らしていた。
Place the car in the parking lot of the Suido Memorial Hall and walk for about 5 minutes.
It's not a particularly spectacular view, maybe for enthusiasts?
You can get a dam card at the Kanagawa Waterworks Memorial Hall.
