T	Tiger L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping Mall (Few shops。with numerous Aomori products and special seafoods products...) built in 1986'。Triangular building。14 floors. 13th floor is observatory floor.
E	Eat Finder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located close to the station, but unfortunately there is nothing much inside. (Some information booth, a souvenir shop, restautants and an observation deck at the top)

The first and second floor contain some small shops, the 13th floor has an observatory. The observatory has a fantastic view of the city, but the admission price is ¥400.

M	MoTo JoJo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a perfect spot to explore from. Little gift shops inside with helpful tourism office upstairs. It's a short walk to the Nebuta museum, the apple focused A-Factory (pick up a huge delicious apple for not a lot), plus a lot of artwork dotted around the boardwalk. And the rest of Aomori is easily accessible on foot. There's motorcycle parking to the right (as you look at the building), it's a reserved area in front of the pay car park, it's free too. Coin lockers for storing your gear are on the left hand side of the building (the entrance nearest the bus park) and are very reasonably priced.
