★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通称が、青森ベイ・プロムナードです。
正式名称は、青森港北防波堤です。
ので無機質なコンクリの釣り人オンリーの場所かと思いきや、釣り禁止で、木が随所に使われた長いベンチもあり、かわいい灯台もある散歩スポットです。木の感じが横浜市の大さん橋に似てます。
またここからならば、青森市街や青函連絡船など望めます。
利用時間は、午前9時から午後9時まで。夜は来たことないが、ライトアップ設備あるから夜景がキレイかも。
冬は、雪凄いから開いてないかも。
 The popular name is Aomori Bay Promenade.
The official name is Aomori Kohoku North Breakwater.
It is a walking spot where there are long benches where trees are used everywhere and there are cute lighthouses. The feeling of trees is similar to the Osan Bridge in Yokohama City.
Also from here, you can see the city of Aomori and the Seikan railway.
Use time is from 9 am to 9 pm. I have never come at night, but because there are light-up facilities, the night scene may be beautiful.
Winter may not be open from the snow.

歩くだけでも気持ち良い。
ちなみに釣りは禁止されている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここから見る海、アスパムの景色はとても良いので、散歩やドライブがてらに訪れるには適していると思います。
夜間はライトアップもしているようで、夜景スポットにもなっているようです。
釣り禁止の看板はいくつも出ていますが、それでも釣りをしているマナーの悪い人は常時数人は居ます。
ここの先にあるのが青森港北防波堤西灯台となります。
