H	Hideaki Yahata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーに拘ったコンセプトでずっとお店をやられています。サブメニューにケーキが有りますが、或いはサンドイッチやトーストといったメニューも有るんですが、マスターに聞いた話では、サブのメニューはコーヒーを美味しく飲んでもらう為の物だと言う考えだそうです。コーヒー以外の飲み物はブドウジュース、紅茶1種類ぐらいです。コーヒーにチョコレートドリンクをアレンジしたメニューがあります。必ずコーヒーを飲んで欲しいと言う事がお店をやっている主な考え方だと思います。 I've been running the shop for a long time with the concept of coffee. T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大山駅から徒歩1〜2分くらいの場所にあるコーヒー豆販売店兼喫茶店店内は昭和的なクラシック感のある雰囲気で良い意味で和洋折衷でオシャレなお店今回は初来店だったのでコーヒーは看板3種の中間？と思われるあおいブレンドと食事としてロースハムと野菜のトーストサンド、自家製本日のSweetsであったスフレ・チーズケーキを注文待つこと5分ちょっとでまずコーヒーが到着その後間をあけずにトーストサンドとチーズケーキが到着コーヒーはふんわりとした香りで味は苦味を感じつつも後味がスッキリしていてとても飲みやすくかなり美味しかったですトーストサンドはかなり薄味で山型パンにロースハムとレタスの固まりとトマトがサンドされていてパンは焦げ目がつかない程度に軽くトーストされていてパンのカリッとした感じとレタスのパリッとした感じ、ハムのうっすらとした塩気が美味しかったです自分はさらに軽く塩を振りかけて食べましたが塩気があるとさらに美味しさアップな感じでしたチーズケーキはチーズの風味がしっかりしているしっとりケーキでコクがあって甘みも程よくこれまたコーヒーと合う感じで絶品でしたお店の雰囲気とコーヒーや食事の美味しさでかなり高クオリティな喫茶店でしたぜひまた訪れたいと思います A coffee bean shop and coffee shop located about 1 to 2 minutes on foot from Oyama Station The interior of the store has a classic Showa era atmosphere and is a stylish mix of Japanese and Western styles in a good way.
