H	H N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 騙された。人気物件だから早く契約しないと無くなると営業の人に言われて、とりあえずキープしてもらった筈なのに、内見しに店を出たと思ったら、違う不動産屋に連れてかれて、先に契約&お金を支払わされた。(お金は足りなかったので、分割払いにしたら、取り立ての電話がまた怖かった…) 結局内見には連れて行ってもらえず、場所を教えてもらって一人で行きました。実際、住んでみたら、ずっと人が住んでない物件で水道管が錆びてた。(人気物件ではなかった。嘘つかれた…) マンションにはおかしな人がたくさん住んでて、ベランダに出れば、変なおじさんが見張っていて、近隣のベランダは鳩の巣になっていてうるさくて、毎日嫌な思いをしました。(契約時には環境も大丈夫なんて言ってましたよね…) こんな事ってあるんだ、とショックだった。これ以上被害者が出ない事を祈って投稿します。 Was fooled. After all, I did not take me to the inside look, but I was told by the place and went alone. In fact, when I tried to live, the water pipe was rusted in a property where people did not live for a long time. (It was not a popular property. I was lied to ...) There were a lot of strange people living in the apartment, and if they came out on the veranda, strange uncles were watching, and the verandas in the neighborhood were hives of pigeons, making them hateful every day. (You said that the environment is okay at the time of contract ...) I was shocked that there was such a thing. I wish to post no more victims.
