As a foreigner in Japan with limited Japanese language skills, I was nervous about the experience. However, I can honestly say that Ito San and everyone at Feals made the task of finding an apartment relatively smooth. Ito San showed me several places in my price range and never tried to rush me, persuade me into a particular unit, or make me feel as though the choice was entirely mine. If you are a foreigner in Japan looking for an apartment, I would enlist a Japanese-speaking friend and visit Feals.
