マシンの種類は一通り揃っています。
2階建てで、1階にはフリーウエイトのコーナーと男女別の更衣室、シャワー、トイレがあります。
2階には、全身満遍なく鍛えられるマシンと有酸素運動用のトレッドミル、バイクが置いてあります。
18時から21時頃の利用者が多いですが、機材が豊富なため安心して鍛えられます。
その時間帯は、マッチョの出現率が高いため個人的におすすめです。
月7500円と高く感じるかもしれませんが、マシンの豊富さ、施設内の清潔さ、治安の良さ、混雑状況を踏まえると間違いなく他のジムよりおすすめです。

It is a double-decker building with a free weight corner, separate men's and women's changing rooms, showers and toilets on the first floor.
On the second floor, there are machines that can be trained evenly, treadmills for aerobic exercise, and bikes.
There are many users from 18:00 to 21:00, but you can train with confidence because of the abundant equipment.
During that time, I personally recommend it because of the high appearance rate of macho.
It may seem expensive at 7,500 yen a month, but considering the abundance of machines, the cleanliness of the facility, the security, and the congestion situation, it is definitely recommended over other gyms.
