★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あんなに痛くて辛かった膝の痛みがなくなって、快適な毎日を過ごしております。カーブスで筋肉がつき、階段の登り下りもスムーズ。それぞれのコーチのお声がけとお心遣いに感謝でいっぱい！毎日、カーブスの帰りに整形外科の前を通るんですが、通院のころが思い出され、カーブスにおいでよって教えてあげたい気持ちでーす。
I am having a comfortable life without such painful and painful knee pain. Curves build muscle and make climbing and descending stairs smooth. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この一年は特にコロナ禍でどこにも出かけられず、家でゴロゴロしてる事が多かったのでカーブスに普通に通えるありがたさを実感できました。
大阪から四年前に弘前に引越して来て、近くのヒロロでカーブスを発見して勧め上手なスタッフさんに誘われるまま通い始めましたが、こんなに予定通りきちんと真面目に通えたのは今年が、初めてでとても嬉しかったです。
これからも筋肉少しでもつけられるようがんばりたいのでどうぞよろしくお願いします！
In the past year, I couldn't go anywhere because of the corona sickness, and I often messed up at home, so I was able to realize the gratitude of being able to go to Curves normally.
I moved to Hirosaki four years ago from Osaka, discovered Curves in nearby Hiroro, and started going there while being invited by a good staff member, but this year I was able to go so seriously as planned. I was very happy for the first time.
I will continue to do my best so that I can build even a little muscle, so I look forward to working with you!
