The inside of the building is well cleaned, so it is very beautiful. There are plenty of machines, so there is nothing to say! The staff is easy to talk to and it is a recommended store (^^)

佐	佐藤芸夢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベンチを使う時、鏡の前にダンベルがあるので細かい身体の動きが見えないのがどうにかならないかなと思います。提案なのですが、ダンベルの置く位置を鏡の目の前ではなく【鏡/ベンチダンベル】という感じでベンチを挟んでみてはどうでしょうか。難しいかも知れませんが検討お願いします。あと、ストレッチの前にも鏡があるといいなぁと思っているのと、ストレッチマットをロール式ではなく抗菌素材の一枚型マットにして抱けるとふきあげも楽で衛生的ではないかなと思います。　直接伝えることができず申し訳ないです。 When using the bench, there is a dumbbell in front of the mirror, so I wonder if I can't see the small movements of my body. It's a suggestion, but the position where the dumbbells are placed is not in front of the mirror, but [mirror / bench] Why don't you try sandwiching the bench like a dumbbell? It may be difficult, but please consider it. Also, I think it would be nice to have a mirror in front of the stretch, and I think it would be easier and more hygienic to hold the stretch mat as a single mat made of antibacterial material instead of a roll type. .. t	talib khurshid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is one of the most well equipped facility in the area. Has pin loaded preacher curl and tricep extentions. They say they are still planning to equip gym with more items and I hope they start with the belt. If they had punching bag like the anytime fitness in Otori it would be best. They also have shampoo and soap equipped in shower rooms.
