ア	アース大樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筋トレ中級者です。今まで市営ジム、スポーツジム、エニタイム、ナイスフィットネス、ワールドジム、と通ってきましたが、価格、設備共にここが最高でした。24時間使用可で3000円ちょっと。アジャスト台3台、ラック2台、スミス2台、ベンチ台2台、ケーブルマシン2台、ダンベルは50キロまで、マシンもかなり豊富でデクラインプレスやプーリーロー、ハンマーストレングスのアイソラテラルローは重宝しました。夕方はやや混雑しますが上記の設備なので、待ち時間もあまり発生せず、空かなくとも他で代用できる設備です。更には店舗の横に業務スーパーがあり買い物もできる。くら寿司もありバルクアップにも向いていると環境面でも最高です。ただ、駐車場がかなり混雑しますのでジムまで距離が長い位置に駐車しないといけなかったりとその点だけ不便でした。真剣に筋トレをする方にはかなりおすすめの施設なので是非ご参考ください。 I am an intermediate muscle trainer.
