2021年10月24日15:00お邪魔しました。
時間帯的にも、空席が目立つ状況において。
食べ放題のスペシャルコースを頼みました。
注文用タブレットが来るまで5分、頼んでから肉が来るまで7分。
お腹が空いていたので、まだかなーとずーっと時計を見てました。
いざ来たお肉は冷凍やけ？もしくは電子レンジで解凍した？
部分的に黒くなっていました。
ジンジャエールをグラスに注いだら、ただの炭酸水でした。
主人曰く、ジンジャエール用のシロップが切れてて、炭酸しか出てこない状態だと。
(同機械を使用した事あり)
マドラーを使えと書いてある割にどこにもマドラーはなく、自席で箸を使いました。
ティラミスは、虫が入ってしまってました。
虫が苦手なので、悲鳴をあげそうになりました。
主人が取り替えるように店員さんに言いましたが、軽く、失礼しました〜のあと、カチカチのティラミスをガチャン、と置いていかれました。
頼んだお肉が途切れないように計算しつつ食べましたが、途中食べるものがない状態が2回。1回5分程度。
テレビで取り上げられた次の日にこれでは、着く客も離れると思います。
うちは一見でしたが、二度と行きません。
肝心なお肉の質は、可はなく不可はあり。
お値段は安いけど、それ以下の肉でした。
来てないお肉もお届け済みとなってしまうので、お腹が満たされることも無く店を出ました。
客として、失礼なことは一切していないと言いきれます。
全てにおいてとても残念でした。

My husband told the clerk to replace it, but it was light and I'm sorry, but after that, I left the ticking tiramisu as Gachan.
I ate while calculating so that the meat I ordered would not be interrupted, but there were two times when I had nothing to eat on the way. About 5 minutes once.
The next day it was featured on TV, I think this will leave customers arriving.
At first glance, we never go again.
The quality of the essential meat is neither good nor bad.
The price was cheap, but the meat was less than that.
Since the meat that did not come has already been delivered, I left the store without being full.
