c	cross2road on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常設展は入館料200円です。安城市域に於ける人間の営みが時間軸に沿って丹念に展示されています。安城市には良好な古代遺跡群が存在することも有り、入って直ぐの古代史展示の充実度は高いと思います。でも展示は学術的説明なので、楽しむ為にはある程度の知識が必要ですね。中世～近現代は安祥城を巡る流れ、東海道、日本のデンマークと呼ばれる多角化農業経営に至る展示などが有ります。私的には松平の宗家が安祥松平って事も知らなかったので勉強になりました。時間が無くてサラッとしか見れなかったのですが、腰を据えてじっくり見たい硬派な博物館ですね。企画展も入れ替わりあるみたいですし、通える良質な施設だと思いますよ。 The admission fee for the permanent exhibition is 200 yen. Personally, I didn't even know that Matsudaira's Soke was Ansho Matsudaira, so I learned. I didn't have much time to see it, but it's a hard-core museum that I want to sit down and take a closer look at. It seems that the special exhibitions are changing, and I think it's a good facility that you can go to.

Personally, I was interested in the episodes of Matsudaira's 4th generation during the Ansho Castle era and the explanation about Mikawa Ikko-ikki.

あ	あおじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浮世絵を見に伺いました。安城市と､刈谷市､蒲郡市､豊橋､豊田市は、言うまでもないですが、良い博物館をお持ちです。素晴らしい｡行政がしっかりされている｡と､いうことの証ですね｡ここで､市ごとの行政の出来の差がでますね。個人的に､安城の博物館も気に入りましたが、刈谷の博物館は､研究員や学者さん達などの先生方がいらっしゃるので､歴史のお話をする時は､とても楽しいので歴史好きにはオススメです。今度､こちらの安城博物館で催される､金沢本多氏のイベント楽しみにしています。 I went to see Ukiyo-e. We saw a really nice exhibit about the Olympics (the First/last time they were in Japan) and the building of the Shinkansen/Tokaido railway line. Upstairs has a seemingly more permanent exhibit about the more prehistoric historic history of the area, which I especially enjoyed. The surrounding park is really nice too, there’s a shrine and an art museum and an art installation that plays music as set times, and something else I haven’t been in yet. There’s also free parking
