和	和輝上野 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後輪のタイヤ交換の為に初めて利用しました。皆さんのクチコミ拝見しましたが近かったので利用しましたが、確かに接客は苦手の様でしたが、おそらく自転車が好き過ぎるが故でこの様になったのだと思いました。皆さん自転車に対しての知識ってそもそもそんなに無いと思うので不愉快に思われるかと思いますが、自転車も普段からの手入れをしてるとしてないのとでは全く違うもので、それは自転車本体を観ればすぐわかります。手入れをせずに限界まで消耗し切った自転車を修理するにはそれなりの費用が必要ですが、コストを押さえて。。。となると直ぐにガタは来るものです。店主さんもそこの説明が苦手なのか、或いは元々は説明書してたのが後から文句を言われる。を繰り返すと。どーせ説明会しても。。。となる事もあると思います。これから利用される方は接客は苦手な、でも自転車は好きな職人気質な店主なのだという事を踏まえて接してみてください。もちろん私もまだ一度のみの利用なのであくまで一度の利用で感じた事、他の方のクチコミを拝見して思った事をクチコミさせて頂きました。 I used it for the first time to change the tires of the rear wheels. 辰	辰己瞬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度が悪い。防犯登録をしてもらおうと1番近い自転車屋に入った。入れば何かを食べながらの対応、販売証明証を持っていったのに通販でかった自転車は防犯登録をやらないと門前払い。すぐに店を出され、周りに自転車屋さんはないかと探すと少し行ったところに街の自転車屋さんという店があったそちらはとても丁寧な言葉遣いと親切な対応。防犯登録ももちろんしていだだきました。あの距離にいい自転車屋さんがあるのならばこの店に来る理由はないと思う。 A bad attitude. Threw in wrench kit for free and gave discount on a lock. Only place in town with an affordable drop bar bike. Quality is decent, prices are very reasonable. Time will tell if the bike is durable though.
