★ ★ ★ ★ ★ がっかりを通り越し腹が立つ対応だった。営業マンは横柄で上から目線。屋根をお願いしたが、上に登らず見るから居ても居なくてもいいと。それでちゃんとした見積りが取れるだろうか…。とても嫌な気分にさせられた。
It was a disappointing response. The salesman is arrogant and looking from above. I asked for a roof, but I don't need to climb up to see it so I don't have to. Will that give me a good estimate? It made me feel very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションのすぐ近くの部屋がこの業者を利用しています。工事が始まるのに何の挨拶もなく非常に五月蝿く迷惑してます。最低限工事をする前に挨拶をするのが一般的なマナーだと思いますが、この会社には一般的なマナーはないみたいです。
また家に人がいるか確認することなくドアの新聞を入れる所から挨拶の紙、タオル、なんとチラシを落としていきました。
The room in the immediate vicinity of the condominium uses this contractor. Even though the construction started, I was very annoyed in May without any greetings. I think it is a general manner to say hello before the construction work, but it seems that this company does not have a general manner.
I also dropped greeting papers, towels, and leaflets from the place where I put the newspaper in the door without checking if there were any people in the house.
